SUMMARY The Project Manager position works to improve critical business processes that drive financial results, improve efficiency and customer satisfaction through data analysis and leading project teams. This position would be responsible for the development of project plans, analyzing data to determine root causes, implementation of new processes and change management to drive improvements in the company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Lead improvement project teams and effectively coordinate these projects with others in the organization Identify opportunities thru data analysis Define project scope and business case to do project both for efficiency and profitability Data analysis to determine root causes and identify trends for projects Develop project plans for implementation of new processes and procedures Leading project teams to execute projects ensuring success. Manage communication plan that includes communication to all employees that are impacted by projects Manage the development and maintenance of methods and systems for measuring the degree to which the project goals, objectives and metrics are being met. Ensure projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects, and business strategy. Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively, edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively, able to read and interpret written information. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent level of work experience – three to five years of professional level experience. Wage Range $75k to $80k Annually
