Kracon Aircraft is looking for a part time to full time office manager.
As office manager you will be working with customers, answering calls, taking messages, responding to emails, using quickbooks online for invoicing and accounting, and other related office tasks such as keeping the office organized and in order.
We are looking for somebody with:
Outstanding customer service abilities
Interest in aviation
Clear logical thinking
Quickbooks accounting (QBO) knowledge a plus
Kracon is looking for someone who can calmly, coolly, and logically handle all office related tasks. We are willing and able to train the right candidate for the position.
