Trade Printing Customer Service Representative
Our printing company is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Trade Printing CSR to join our team. As a Trade Printing CSR, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners in the printing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
-Process trade printing orders accurately and efficiently
-Coordinate with production team to ensure timely completion of orders
-Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support
-Resolve customer issues and address any concerns in a professional manner
-Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
-Collaborate with sales team to effectively meet customer needs and drive business growth
Qualifications:
-2+ years of customer service experience in the printing industry
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Print software
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-Knowledge of trade printing processes and products is a plus+
