Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. Under general supervision, the Manufacturing Operator will operate various equipment used in the manufacture of battery electrodes and or electrode samples. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and efficient production procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance at the start of each shift to ensure proper working conditions.
Review and prepare required materials and components before beginning the manufacture.
Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and product specifications.
Accurately record equipment parameters and product measurements during the production process and enter data into designated computer systems.
Immediately report any equipment malfunctions, material issues, or production abnormalities to supervisors or engineers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and surrounding workspace, at the end of each shift.
Support product and process development by conducting experiments under engineer direction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is a plus.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, with good organizational, computer data recording and documentation skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
