We are a boutique firm that has experienced tremendous growth in the past few years, and we are looking to grow our team. Ideal candidate will have some experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration, and will use this opportunity to further grow their skills.
Duties:
-Draft revocable trusts, irrevocable trust, and other estate planning documents
-Attend estate planning, probate, and trust administration consultations
-Correspond with clients and answer estate planning questions
-Attend court hearings either in person or remotely (most courts are currently set up for zoom and phone call appearances)
-Use Wealth Counsel software for estate planning and trust administration
-Use Lawyaw for drafting court pleadings.
-Coordinate with team members to manage workflow and client communications and to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in using Wealthcounsel, Lawyaw, Clio Grow and Manage, Woodpecker, google docs, Microsoft word, adobe

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
