We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cleaning/Janitorial Specialist. This unique position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in both residential and commercial spaces, including a household and an auto repair shop/office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and be capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities-
Residential Cleaning:
Perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and laundry.
Clean and organize living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
Wash dishes, sanitize countertops, and maintain a neat and orderly home environment.
Commercial Auto Shop & Office Cleaning:
Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in the auto shop and office areas.
Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, and break rooms.
Remove oil spills, debris, and other auto-related messes.
Organize and tidy up automotive tools, equipment, and storage areas.
Perform light grounds maintenance such as sweeping outdoor areas or picking up trash.
General Maintenance:
Ensure all areas are consistently clean, safe, and presentable.
Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
Handle occasional special cleaning requests or projects as directed.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to lift and move items as necessary.
Must be reliable and punctual.
A friendly, positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
Benefits:
Flexible work schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
