Mothers Cleaning Coop allows it's employees the flexibility to create their own working hours that work best for them and their families. You can now work outside the home without giving up your #1 job - being there for your children. MCC also pays great! - $28 per hour for house cleaning. We are an employer paying for mileage, cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment.
Professional house cleaning experience is a plus - But not mandatory. As a Mom, we know you know how to clean a house. What you will be learning here is efficiency so you can do it professionally. Our standards proceed us, as we are known for our beautiful detail work. Here, you will also be learning the correct product application as to not damage interior surfaces of homes.
We pair our Moms to return to the same client base for a safe, friendly and familiar working environment. You will have your own regular clients that only you will provide cleaning for. Our Moms also help run the company, from scheduling, to data input, to of course - the actual house cleaning. We all do everything here. Mothers Cleaning Coop gives everybody the opportunity to run the company and grow their paycheck along with the company profits. This also allows our Moms the opportunity to work right out of their own homes. Mothers Cleaning Coop takes care of it's Moms.
