All Sacramento Emergency Plumbing, is a locally family owned business. We are rapidly growing. We have Residential & Commercial clients. We are in the need of Laborers. No experience necessary. You'll work directly alongside Technicians as you assist with the business in a hands-on environment.
Due to a low number of fleet vehicles, candidate will need to utilize their personal vehicle for service calls.
This is a great opportunity to learn a great trade! We have a great system to train you to learn the industry and eventually become a lead installer or service technician. As a Plumbing helper you will be assisting leads installers / service techs on installing plumbing equipment, such as water heaters, tankless water heaters, water filtration, re-pipes (water and sewer), parts running, and more.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle tools and controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs and ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear. The employee must lift and carry in excess of 50 pounds. Specific vision required by the job includes color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Collaborate with experienced plumbers to learn and develop skills
- Follow blueprints, building codes, and safety regulations
- Perform basic carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations
- Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and bend pipes
- Assist with pipe threading and soldering
- Interpret plumbing schematics and diagrams
- Participate in remodeling projects and renovations
- Provide support as a maintenance person for various field service tasks
- Gain exposure to HVAC systems and their components
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced plumbers
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques is a plus
Note: This is an apprentice position, so no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn the trade and grow their skills under the guidance of experienced plumbers.

Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
