1 Diagnose and Repair the biginner level of Electric, Plumbing, Hvac, Roof, Paint and Asphalt
2 Assist Contractor in the Construction.
3 Wiping down trash receptacles, and Replacing trash liner.
4 Trash Pickup around the entire Park-lot, Landscape Area, and Dumpster Enclosure.
5 Sanitizing
6 Maintain Equipment and Storage area neat, clean and working condition

1 Landlord and Tenant Followup Communication
2 Maintenance Followup Communication
3 Property Showing
4 Property Inspection while Trash Pickup (Submit Weekly Inspection Report)
5 Vendor Supervision for Landscape, Park-lot Sweep, Presure Wash, Lighting, etc
6 Security Company Cordination for Illegal Parking, Illegal Dumping, and Illegal Sleeping.
7 Host Weekly Zoom Meeting
C Qualification.
1 Excellent English Speaking and Writing - High Sch Graduate or College Student.
2 Ability to lift up 60 pounds
3 Tool and Transportation - Truck is a plus.
4 Clean and Neat Appearance
6 $2,500.00 Monthly for 20 Hours work per Week.
