We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a successful company in Vacaville, CA!
Compensation: $23 - $25/HR
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily inspection and maintenance of common areas, and grounds.
Clean, do maintenance and paint or touch up interior units upon move-out or as directed/needed.
Provide interior touch-up painting of doors, trims, walls.
Provide minor repairs to both the interior and exterior of the complex, including plumbing, electrical, door locks, appliance and drywall.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all tools, equipment, and supplies assigned to the complex.
All equipment assigned to the complex is to be kept in good working order at all times.
SKILLS
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
