Little Brook Care Homes 916-500-4512 operates in 6 bed residential senior housing. Our mission is to provide quality, person center care for seniors and create opportunity for our team members to grow and impact the community.
We are looking for individuals to join are team who are interested in careers in healthcare and working with the elderly. If you have experience and want to work for a management team that is interested in making caregiving a career or if you have no or little experience and are interested in career in healthcare, we are a great place for you.

We are currently looking for:
· Night Shift Caregiver (3 nights week, 36 hour/week)
· Day Shift Caregivers (3 days per week, 36 hours/week) - Weekends
· On call Day Caregivers
· Live-in Caregivers
Pay ranges depending on experience. We provide quarterly increases in pay team members that meet our performance standards.
A Resident Caregiver shall provide safe, person-centered care for the residents at all times. As a Resident Caregiver you are expected to provide quality care, which includes, but not limited to, respecting resident’s rights and dignity, assisting with daily living activities, and being a companion.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To provide safe, person-centered care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) which including (but are not limited to), dressing, grooming, bathing, transferring, eating, incontinence and other personal care activities
2. To understand and adhere to the philosophy, services and framework of Community Senior Care Management
3. Assistance with medications, central storing and distribution of medications
4. To observe and report any changes in resident health, both physical and mental
5. To have knowledge of the planned emergency procedures, both for the each resident and home
6. To be knowledgeable and contribute to resident’s care plan and programming, and assist in executing the care plan and programming
7. Provide and support an engaging environment and actives that support many purposes, including productive activities, leisure activities, self-care, rest and restore activities
8. Assist with Instrumental ADLs including but not limited to; housekeeping, food preparation and cooking, grocery shopping, laundry, transportation, using the telephone
9. Maintenance of house rules for the protection of the residents.
10. Use the EMAR and EHR for resident recorded keeping.
