We are a small, privately owned outpatient physical therapy practice that has been operating in Mid-Town/East Sacramento for 23 years. Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a founding interest in orthopedic care and manual therapy, thrives in a patient-centered setting, and will thrive in the environment that private practice PT provides. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, low-bureaucracy environment where your clinical voice matters.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions

Deliver high-quality, hands-on care with a strong emphasis on manual therapy techniques

Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients to support long-term outcomes

Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed

Document care clearly and timely in accordance with clinic and regulatory guidelines

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current and valid California PT license

Strong manual therapy skills and orthopedic clinical expertise

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
