Our Sacramento Orthodontic specialty practice is SELECTIVELY seeking to add a Treatment Coordinator team member. The position is for 3-5 days per week. Responsibilities primarily involve HELPING more patients through Clinical Treatment, the New Patient Enrollment Process as well as Marketing to Existing Patients, other Professional offices and the Community.

We function primarily paperless, utilize our in-house Cone Beam CT 3D imaging, our Digital Laser Scanner (Impression-less, "No Goop and Gag"), Digital Diagnosis and treatment design, Digital 3D printing of models, DIGITAL INDIRECT BONDING technique as well as Low Friction Passive Self-Ligating appliances and techniques.
REQUIRED FOR OUR TEAM:
-Dentistry / Orthodontics is or has been your profession and HELPING people is your passion.
-DA (RDA - OAP candidate) / RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) / OAP license (Credential lapse with future re-instatement OK)
-Treatment Presentation and Closing experience (Patient Concerns Discovery) in a dental, orthodontic or specialty practice
-Naturally friendly and outgoing, a self-starter, and able to work and learn independently.
-Basic computer literacy and math skills
-Ability and Attitude to LEARN new Information, Skills, and Techniques
VALUED:
-Bachelor's degree, AA degree or Additional formal education
-Sales as well as Web and Social Media marketing experience.
-Dolphin Management and Imaging software experience
-ACH payment processing
-Electronic claims insurance billing
-Collections
-Experience with iCat CBCT imaging, 3Shape Digital Scanner, 3D printing, and IDB software
