Hey all! Piatti Restaurant and Bar is looking for a person to fill a part-time host/hostess position. Weekends are necessary. Need you to have amazing customer service skills, great teamwork skills, and the ability to be awesome at all times. If you can't be nice and leave your drama at the door, just don't apply please. Host/Hostess - Smile, greet guests, seat tables, answer phones, take messages, say goodbye to guests, Open Table experience preferred. This is the entry level position to get your foot in the door, especially if you eventually would like to pick up bussing, food running and serving shifts.
The position requires you to work most holidays including Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Thanksgiving, etc. We do close for Halloween, the Fourth of July, Super Bowl Sunday, Christmas and New Year's Day.
Anyhow, it's a good company. You and up to three people get 50% off your meals when you dine here as well as the other restaurants we own throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. We own some hotels as well and you get discounts there. We feed you once a shift and after six months you can get enrolled in our retirement savings program. Employees with 30+ hours a week have the potential to get benefits. You also never have to work by yourself. There is always someone working with you. We don't make you do anything gross either like cleaning floors or bathrooms or stuff because that's our job.
