Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef

We are a small family owned restaurant in search of a highly motivated and experienced cook to lead our kitchen and staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with breakfast dishes, master line cook, ability to be creative with dishes, be open to starting early (5am), management experience and a positive mental outlook. Will be 5 to 6 days a week position, with weekends mandatory. Must email a resume to be considered.
