Are you passionate about crafting great food and being part of an exciting, fast-growing brewery in Northern California? Fieldwork Brewing Company in Sacramento is looking for dedicated line cooks/pizza makers to join our exceptional team. We offer a unique experience, pairing handcrafted Neapolitan and Detroit-style pizzas with our renowned craft beers, using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, and driven by passionate people.

Founded in Berkeley, CA, Fieldwork Brewing has quickly become a leader in the craft beer and food scene since 2015. Known for our rotating, fresh tap list and creative food program, we aim to provide an outstanding customer experience every time. At our Sacramento taproom, we continue that tradition, serving exceptional beer and food in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

-Weekend/Holiday availability is a must.

-Experience in high-volume kitchens and high-integrity food programs.

-A passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and electronic.

-Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.

-Enthusiasm for the craft beer and food industry.

-Knowledge of safe food handling practices.

-Experience with handmade pizza is a plus, but a willingness to learn is key.

-Customer-oriented, with the ability to lead effectively and manage multiple tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Problem-solving and teamwork skills.

-Ability to follow our standards and procedures.

-Commitment to our mission and culture.

-Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

-Familiarity with labor and safety standards and laws.

-Kitchen experience (pizza-making preferred, but not required).

-Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid food handler's card.

-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand, walk, and bend throughout your shift.

-Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service under pressure.
