Job Summary
We offer restaurant-style dining to our residents - without the restaurant hours! The Cook position works in the kitchen alongside prep cooks, dishwashers, and wait staff to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all residents. This position prepares, seasons, and cooks soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foodstuffs for consumption in our dining room. Working in our establishment, we offer special diets like purees, mechanical soft, sugar-free items, and three daily specials in our community, as well as a standing menu.
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience working as a Cook in a restaurant.
Must have knowledge of food preparation, service standards and etiquette.
