Company Overview:

Botbar Coffee is a next-generation robot coffee shop redefining the café experience through automation and human hospitality. Our Sacramento store combines precision robotics with warm, personalized service to deliver high-quality coffee and freshly prepared food with exceptional efficiency and consistency. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Store Manager

Responsibilities:

1,Lead and supervise all aspects of store operations, including robotics oversight and team management.

2,Oversee the preparation, presentation, and quality of all food and beverage items served.

3,Recruit, train, and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a tech-enabled café and kitchen environment.

4,Monitor and maintain robotic and kitchen equipment performance; coordinate with technical support as needed.

5,Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability, freshness, and quality.

6,Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

7,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, food handling, and sanitation standards.

8,Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and manage employee relations effectively.

9,Represent Botbar Coffee’s brand values and culture to the community.

Qualifications:

1,Minimum 2 years of experience in café or restaurant management, preferably with both beverage and food service responsibilities.

2,Experience with automated systems or technology-driven operations is a plus.

3,Proven leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.

4,Strong business acumen with experience in food cost management, scheduling, and inventory control.

5,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6,Ability to adapt to new technology and train others effectively.

7,Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

8, Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.

9, Valid California Food handler certificate (or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire)

10, Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
