We are a retail store in Sacramento looking for a customer service representative who will:
1- Directly assisting customers over the phone or in person with their purchases and concerns.
2- Resolve conflicts and assist customers toward successful resolutions.
This a part time position that requires experience in general office work, computer skills is a plus.
The Candidate must:
1- Have at least two years experience in a retail environment with direct customer service
2- Have a clean DMV record.
3- Pass a drug test.
4- Have a reliable transportation.
