Promote Me is a looking for a reliable enthusiastic outstanding player to join our team!
Hours needed Mon.-Fri. -35 hours per week
Promote Me is a full service embroidery, screen printing, banner and promo product retail store.
We are busy and in need of a reliable customer service representative.
Job duties will include:
Answering customers phone calls and emails.
Helping walk-in customers.
Emailing quotes.
Calling customers with sales and marketing information.
Placing orders with vendors
Occasionally helping with production to get orders out the door.
Must have excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of computers and basic programs (Word, Excel)
Be able to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
Lifting boxes is required up to 50 pounds,
Light Cleaning
Work independently, staying on task to complete work by end of day
Keep a clean work space
Must be able to handle fast-paced workflow
Be detail-oriented
Type 35+ wpm
Strong spelling and grammar
Basic math skills
Must be reliable and punctual.
Training provided and opportunity to learn new skills.
