We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

Uphold company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.

Skills

Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Experience working with Property and Casualty Insurance is a plus.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.

Competence in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.

Familiarity with office equipment and computerized systems for efficient operations.

Ability to type quickly and accurately while managing multiple tasks.
