Car Wash General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a car wash and lube facilities in Cameron Park and Placerville. This includes ensuring efficient workflow, providing excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining equipment, responding to and addressing customer complaints, and implementing marketing campaigns. The General Manager is responsible for helping drive the success of the business by improving operational effectiveness, maximizing profitability, and maintaining a positive, ethical, and clean environment.

SKILLS: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, car wash operations, and safety procedures. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed. Basic understanding of financial reports, inventory control, and budgeting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in computer skills, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and scheduling software. Ability to handle customer service issues with professionalism. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Comfortable working in an environment that requires manual labor and hands-on problem-solving.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in management or supervisory role in an automotive, car wash, or lube service industry.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is a plus).
