Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Benefits Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and has a strong commitment to providing excellent service. The ideal candidate will focus on understanding the needs of union members and delivering solutions that enhance their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

-Engage with union members to understand their needs, build trust, and deliver tailored solutions.

-Proactively manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and appointments.

-Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services, with a focus on value and long-term satisfaction.

-Develop strong, lasting relationships with union representatives and members to drive customer loyalty.

-Meet or exceed monthly targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

-Keep detailed records of interactions, activities, and customer feedback in the CRM system.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

-Proven experience in customer service, preferably with experience serving union members or similar groups.

-Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and offer solutions.

-A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to manage your time and prioritize effectively.

-High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

-Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
