Landscape Maintenance - Account Manager
Carson Landscape Industries is growing and adding to our team! In business since 1975, We offer diversity in landscaping such as Maintenance, Renovation, Irrigation, Tree and Plant Health Services for Commercial and Residential clients. Our diversity, along with strict attention to detail and quality control, has made us a leader throughout the Sacramento region. We are currently seeking an experienced maintenance Account Manager to take a proactive approach to managing clients, enhance sales, and handle site development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality of all products and services we provide, customer retention and satisfaction, and conflict resolution. They work as the primary interface with clients and are expected to have strong organizational and time management skills. Our Account Managers are well supported by an admin team, field managers, highly experienced crew, and leaders from our irrigation, plant health, renovation, and tree care divisions; and are given the tools to succeed.
Requirements:
Able to work with the overall management team to set goals, supervise, and evaluate field managers.
Able to quote pricing, prepare sales contracts, and obtain required approval for orders obtained.
Able to maintain successful customer relations.
Able to maintain accurate records on all prospective customers.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Bilingual is a plus.
Must have solid plant and turf knowledge.
Must have a two-year degree in horticulture or two or more years experience in landscape maintenance positions with increasing responsibility.
