Office Manager for Professional Firm

We are seeking a skilled Office Manager for our small but busy law firm in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have billing experience with Sage Timeslips, be familiar with generating reports with Microsoft Excel, and will be knowledgeable in using Office 365.

Duties include accounts payable, receivable, and preparation of financial reports for the Managing Shareholder. The Office manager will issue billing monthly, address client questions concerning invoices, review vendor contracts, monitor and manage requirements related to the firm's 401k plan, and submit payroll to our processing firm.

Outstanding grammatical and editing skills are a plus, as is prior experience in a professional office.

The hours for this position are 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Vacation, sick leave and a 401k plan are offered; health benefits are not provided.
