We are the original creators of the Lien Writer and i-Lien software, specifically, Mechanic's Lien Software for the Construction Industry since 1988.

This includes residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects. GDP contribution: In 2023, the construction industry accounted for 4.4% of the US GDP. Employment: In 2023, the construction industry employed 8 million people. Growth: The construction industry is expected to grow by 5.6% in 2024, and by 5.0% on average from 2024 to 2028. A lot of factors are driving the growth of the construction industry. Our research has produced a record number of 1,315,000 construction companies in the USA. It is huge industry with big income potential and Golden Omega is expanding.
The software is designed to prepare and print preliminary notices to owner or, in other words, construction lien notices. We support all 50 States and all the forms required for a private or public job for all segments of the construction industry, such as:

Sub-Contractors

Other Professionals providing services for the construction of a building or house
Attention Business Associate To Be: This is the deal of a lifetime!
Part A: The cost is $2,500 investment for a six month contract, which maybe renewed or not, as wished with no strings attached. Included in that fee are the following:
1) A six (6) month software license for i-Lien and Lien Writer software programs installed on a single computer of the Business Associate via Zoom.
2) Software training for 2 hours via Zoom. The programs are very easy to use.
3) Follow up questions and answers via telephone and email as necessary.
4) This fee is non-refundable.
Part B: Initial sales of the software have a 60% split to Business Associate and 40% to Golden Omega as a one-time compensation fee for the first year's new client's license. The software renews on an annual basis. Renewals percentage is 90% to Golden Omega and 10% to Business Associate. All initial and renewal billing is done by Golden Omega. This is a great incentive to build a residual income with little support of the client. Software updates are paid by Golden Omega to our software developers and distributed by Golden Omega to all Clients including Clients of the Business Associate.
Other:
Golden Omega provides some technical assistance to Business Associate and his/her new Clients upon installation. Typically, there is an installation fee charged to the client too.
Territory is based on a County basis in the State of choice. First come, first serve secures that territory unless a Business Associate does not renew his/her contract with Golden Omega, so that particular territory is open. The first territory of choice (unless already taken) is included in the initial investment of $2,500. Additional territories are priced at $500 each renewable semi-annually.
We sell Nationwide and you can choose any county, in any state of your choice.
Business Associate may work remotely from home and he/she is an Independent Contractor providing his own tools, such as phone, computer, email, etc. and other software, such as accounting, Microsoft Office, etc. at zero expense to Golden Omega.
The software products and services will be marketed by Business Associate as follows via:
- social media
- cold calling
- outbound marketing
- content marketing
- email marketing
- internet - google search
Golden Omega hosts two software product specific websites:
www.lienwriter.net and www.i-lien.net. Both sites are maintained by Golden Omega.
All postings to social media or via email marketing must be previously approved by Golden Omega for accuracy of advertisement. You are free to generate your own marketing list of prospects.
