We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper.
This is a full time position, part time may be available also.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Balancing all cash and bank accounts
Able to maintain an accurate general ledger, making adjustments as needed
Enter journal entries as required for all accounts, including fixed assets
Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable
Monitor business cash flow and prepare financial reports
Prepare and file all tax returns, including monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
Process employees time-sheets and managing payroll using QuickBooks
Administering employee benefits
Manage company’s insurance portfolio, including 401K participation
File state and local licensing as required
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in accounting or equivalent experience is preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years full charge experience
Must be experienced in QuickBooks
Good organizational skills with sharp focus and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Able to work independently, and comfortable with others
