Accounts Receivable Clerk/Contract Administrator:
Cameron Park Construction Company has an immediate opening for a full-time in-office position
in the Accounts Receivable Department.
Requirements:
· Detail oriented
· Motivated individual with multi-tasking skills
· Strong verbal, written and math skills
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Reliable, punctual, and friendly
· Able to work in busy environment
· Construction experience a plus
· Excel a plus
Duties Include:
Subcontract management
Data Entry
Prepare and send invoices, payment applications and statements
Organize backup to support invoices as required
Problem solve as necessary
Assist with basic office tasks as needed including answering phones, filing, sorting, copying, and document management.
Full time position, Paid Time Off, 401k, Medical and Dental, 90 days probation.
Pay Range $22 - $35 per hour DOE
