Job Description
- 7-10 years total exp.
- Experience in Exstream, ECM Stack
- CALWIN experience beneficial
- California Welfare program preferred/county/eligibility highly recommended
- Strong business analysts skills with the ability to work all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
- Excellent communication skills
- Facilitation and requirements determination experience
- Ability to interact with customers to analyse, define, test, and implement business processes and procedures
- Ability to lead a team and to work within a team to determine project scope, planning needs and requirements for large and small projects.
