Accountant - Entry Level

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in Riverside, California. This role is within the accounting industry and will involve handling various accounting functions, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, along with communication with vendors. Responsibilities: Accurately process and enter invoices into the accounting software system. Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Regularly analyze and reconcile accounts. Maintain precise records related to accounting entries. Utilize Dynamics NAV and other ERP Solutions for managing accounting tasks. Regularly communicate with vendors via phone and email. Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed. Utilize Adobe Acrobat for document management and sharing. Effectively code accounts for easy tracking and management. Requirements Possess knowledge and skills in Account Coding Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is required Experience with Dynamics NAV is preferred Have a good understanding of ERP Solutions Capability to perform Account Analysis effectively Experience in managing Accounting Entries Ability to handle various Accounting Functions Proficient in Account Reconciliation tasks Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is essential Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
