job detailsDo you enjoy being active, working in a high volume warehouse environment and have Training/Lead experience? We are looking for hardworking, Trainers to join our team to keep our warehouse running efficiently and our new hires up to speed on processes. This is the perfect opportunity for dedicated, focused warehouse workers to join a global leader in the logistics industry and make up to $24p/hr (Depending on shift) 6am - 6pm Saturday - Monday $23 6pm - 6am Saturday - Monday $24salary: $23 - $24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 6 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesThe performance coach is not assigned to any specific work area; rather, he or she has the responsibility of impacting an entire shift or department (depending on your operational complexity). The function and expectations of a non-unit-producing performance coach are:
Acts as on-site support for client supervisors to help improve performance through coaching and reinforcing desirable behaviors.
Conducts pre-shift meetings to update Randstad talent about any changes in the workplace environment or client expectations.
Ensures new hires are coached on production goals and sets expectations on these metrics.
Provides the site management team with specific details on skill sets needed and real work issues faced by employees.
Observes and coaches talent as needed to reinforce safe work behaviors or correct undesirable behaviors.
Observes all new employees in work area to ensure they are working safely.
Ensures the safety of all employees by promoting safe operations.
Observes, monitors, and reports to the supervisor any safety hazards which may cause injury.
The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
