Job Title: Manufacturing Operator on the Graveyard ShiftJob DescriptionAs a Machine Operator in the Monolithic department, you will work in a team environment and operate heavy manufacturing equipment. You must be able to work, communicate, and participate effectively in a lean and fast-changing environment. This role requires interfacing with computer-controlled systems and frequent troubleshooting of both mechanical and computer equipment issues. You will need to enter data accurately and follow written instructions using the shop floor computer system. Team members are expected to participate in team activities, including meetings, giving and receiving feedback, sending and reading emails, and engaging in housekeeping and safety activities.

Grave: $25.30 from 10:30pm to 6:30am M-F

Hard Skills

6 months+ of manufacturing experience

Operating wire braiding machine, electrical crimping/sparking station, Reel machine

Basic computer literacy

SAP or any ERP experience (preferred but not required)

Soft Skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Effective communication

Adaptability to fast-changing environments

Attention to detail

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Redwood City, California.Work EnvironmentLoud, industrial manufacturing environment. You will be required to wear goggles and earplugs on the floor. Occasionally, you must be able to lift 50 lbs, and frequently pull, push, grab, bend, stoop, or kneel. The ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and clearly and comfortably view, interpret, and process information within the department is necessary.
