Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Payable Clerk in Redlands, California, 92374, United States. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Accurately process a high volume of Accounts Payable invoices in the ERP system Organize and manage both physical and electronic incoming Accounts Payable invoices Maintain a thorough and organized electronic and paper file system for invoices Handle vendor-related issues and act as the primary point of contact for vendors Assist in the processing of the weekly AP check run under the guidance of the AP supervisor Coordinate and reconcile credit card receipts for company-paid expenses Facilitate and oversee the completion of company credit applications Retrieve, sort, and deliver mail from the company mailbox Take on ad hoc projects and other assigned duties as necessary Uphold the company's Mission, Vision, and Values in all tasks and interactions. Requirements Entry-level position; no prior experience necessary Proficiency in account reconciliation is required Familiarity with accounts payable (AP) procedures is a must Ability to perform check runs accurately and efficiently Demonstrated skills in coding invoices Strong data entry capabilities are essential Experience in invoice processing is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must Familiarity with Oracle software is preferred Experience with QuickBooks is beneficial Knowledge of SAP software is an added advantage Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
