Enterprise Roofing is seeking dedicated and hardworking Roofing Laborers to join our team.
As a Roofing Laborer, you will assist with tear-off, installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems.
This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, physically fit, and enjoy working outdoors in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the removal and disposal of old roofing materials.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Support the installation of new roofing systems, including shingles, metal, and flat roofs.
Ensure job sites are clean and organized at the end of each day.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of experienced roofers.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in construction or roofing is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong physical stamina and the ability of lift heavy materials.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow them.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
