Heavy civil grading, paving and underground company. Located in Redding, CA.
We're currently looking to hire an experienced grading and dirt work foreman. All work is in or close to Redding.
REQUIREMENTS;
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test.
- Must have experience in heavy civil dirt work.
- Must have experience leading a crew.
- Must have experience with GPS and laser.
- Must be able to read and understand plans.
- Must have experience operating heavy equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Accurately record daily jobsite activities, through daily logs.
- Keep record of materials and truck tags.
- Coordinate with project manager for materials, equipment and men needed to perform jobs.
- Operate equipment.
- Set up and run jobs.
- Meet or exceed job schedules and expectations.
