We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.
We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
Our shops Thrive and Anderson Automotive are well known, and very community oriented. We currently see approximately 1475 cars per month company wide with the goal to grow to about 1675 cars per month.
Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our A level technicians usually start at $120k+ per year. Most are making over $130k+ per year.
