SERVICE WRITER/SCHEDULER
JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide customer service creating service tickets, dispatching, scheduling and general administrative team duties.
Training will be provided on our internal systems, software and processes. Support will be given until individual is able to work independently
M-F 8-5pm

JOB DUTIES:
SERVICE WRITER & SCHEDULING:
Interface with clients and technicians to create work orders
Work Orders come in via phone/email/webform
Close & Process work orders daily
Create daily route schedule and process in software (with Supervisor Support)
Confirmation & follow-up calls to clients for scheduled work
Create customer estimates
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Answer Telephone & Process Calls
Update Customer CRM database for accurate contact and system information
PERSONAL
Consistently maintain a positive and professional, appearance and approach in all manner and communication
Engage on ongoing professional development to continuously improve your effectiveness
Continual learning of GTS product & service offerings
REQUIRED ABILITIES/LICENSES
Proficient computer skills required including MS Word, Excel, etc program.
Detail Oriented and Organizational Skills a must
High Customer Service Skills
