Associate Attorney Opportunity – Transactional Business Focus
Location: Redding, CA
Well established sole practitioner with a lucrative practice specializing in transactional business, tax, and real estate law, is seeking a motivated self-starter attorney to join his practice with an eye toward eventually establishing their own firm. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with Attorney as general counsel to small and medium businesses across various industries and serve as co-counsel for numerous complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions involving sophisticated tax issues. If applicant is interested in business litigation, there may be a possibility of expanding into that area in the future, if desired.
Ideal Candidate:
Attorney interested in transactional law and business law.
Bonus if you have a CPA, LLM (Taxation), or an interest in taxation and/or business litigation.
Eager to relocate to Redding, California and build a practice in a growing, vibrant community. No remote work possible.
Graduate of ABA accredited law school.
Able to work independently, without the need of secretarial assistance.
