Hiring Full-Time Janitorial

Full time employment available for janitorial position with a local property management firm with benefits, including 8 paid holidays (upon hire) and 5 paid sick days. After your first year of full time employment, we offer 1 week of paid vacation, a tax savings cafeteria plan and employer matched IRA. Duties will consist of cleaning vacant apartments, manager offices and property grounds. Company vehicle will be provided during work hours as driving is a required part of the job, therefore a clean DMV is necessary. Pay is $20.00 per hour with annual reviews.
