Immediate opening for experienced carpet cleaning technician. Growing company, must be self motivated. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Strong work ethic, professional, flexible, detailed oriented, able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds on occasion.
Employee must be trustworthy and reliable. Employee must be able to be bonded and hold a valid CA drivers license.
Bilingual a plus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WILL INCLUDE:
Provide a high level of customer service through direct contact with clients.
Operate trailer mount extraction machine.
Drive vehicle and equipment to job sites safely and in compliance with all traffic laws as well as the company driving policy.
Utilize carpet and rug cleaning chemicals safely and properly following written or verbal instructions.
Vacuum and brush/rake rugs and carpeting.
Uphold all company policies and procedures.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of interior of buildings and vehicles.
And other duties as assigned.
NECESSARY SKILLS:
Effective communication in person with clients, staff, and with Smart-Phone.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Basic math and computer proficiency to include pricing and order input.
Good driving record.

While performing the duties of this job the employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position works on location in customer homes and using company equipment. This role routinely uses the standard rug and carpet cleaning equipment and chemicals.
