Position Overview: As a Full-Time or Part-Time SLPA, you will work closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to implement individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and track client progress. Your role will include providing therapy in a variety of settings, and maintaining clear communication with clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
Assist with client assessments and documentation
Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes
Collaborate with SLPs, other staff members, and families to support client goals
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Current SLPA certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for helping others and a commitment to continuous learning
