JOB TITLE: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, PE (SENIOR LEVEL)
Senior level Electrical Engineer, PE to perform project management and power distribution design and controls, including field investigation, troubleshooting, and testing.
Some experience with automation of water/wastewater facilities is desired.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science – Electrical Engineering
California Professional Engineer Registration (or obtain by Reciprocity)
10+ years’ experience in the A&E design field, including:
In depth knowledge of electrical engineering theory
In depth knowledge of control system engineering procedures and principles
Develop scopes of work, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
Perform electrical engineering design
Perform electrical engineering code review of staff work
Develop company standard/project specific specifications
Prepare contract documents and review contract documents for constructability
Project management and management of design team
Perform field investigation, troubleshooting, and testing
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Goal-oriented with proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess the desire, motivation, and ability to exceed the firm’s and clients’ expectations.
Dedicated and willing to continue professional growth.
JOB TITLE: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, (ENTRY LEVEL)
Entry level Electrical Engineer to assist engineers in design of power distribution systems for construction documents for many types of projects. These include sports complexes, theatres, jails, hospitals, and educational, water/wastewater, and Government facilities. The position will include hands-on, structured training to develop contract design documents suitable for permitting agencies, and project bidding and construction.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science – Electrical Engineering
Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification, preferred but not required
Excellent organizational and communication (oral and written) skills
Goal oriented with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Possess the desire, motivation, and ability to exceed the firm’s and clients’ expectations
Dedicated and willing to continue professional growth
