Our Trip Edit Clerks are responsible for:
Performs project clerical and administrative details to ensure that all contractual and legal mandates are met.
Maintains contract files and records. Prepares contract correspondence, manager reports, and schedules.
Answers the phone and directs calls to the department or location.
Administers accounting data, payroll, and personnel records.
Inputs and extracts data from manifests to provide data to management and the Client.

Maintain and update daily farebox collection tracker.
Other duties as required.
To qualify as a Trip Edit Clerk, you’ll need:
High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.
Some college studied preferred
1 year or more of relevant experience required
Working knowledge of database systems and ability to perform data entry via keyboard
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to use and master specialty transit related software programs
Good written and oral communication skills
Trapeze system experience ideally or similar system
