Our unique positioning as a start-up within a global Consumer Electronics and Services company makes this opportunity one that is rich with world-class capability and game-changing possibilities.We are seeking a motivated Design Program Manager with at least 5 years of experience to oversee cross-functional design and creative operations projects, ensuring the successful execution of design initiatives. The Design Program Manager will develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency in both design processes and creative operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management, design methodologies, and team collaboration.In this role: Drive design operations programs from intake to final delivery Own the design delivery process leveraging Asana, Confluence, and Jira Oversee and manage the design program lifecycle from concept to execution. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project timelines and resource allocation. Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and timely project delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to leadership. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.Must Haves: Bachelors or higher from a reputable university in Design, Project Management, or related field 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Design Program Manager Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment Proven aptitude for design operations from intake to final delivery, including driving governance and maintenance of design-related initiatives High-level proficiency in Asana, Confluence, and Jira Familiarity with Figma, Fig Jam (connect to Figma for retrospectives), and Adobe Creative Suite (or Google Creative Suite) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
