Schedule: Monday – Thursday | Evening Pickup, Next-Day Delivery
Compensation: $100–$140 per route (based on volume, distance, and punctuality)

Unity RX is a growing courier service specializing in prescription delivery. We partner with pharmacies to ensure timely and secure medication delivery across Southern California. We are seeking reliable and committed drivers who take pride in punctuality, professionalism, and helping patients receive the care they need on time.
Job Details
Pickup Location: Palm Desert, CA (Mon–Thu)
Delivery Area: Primarily San Diego County
Approximately the route takes at most 5 hours per day.
Delivery Times: Some packages must be delivered before 12 PM, others before 5 PM
Approximately 5–10 deliveries per route
Pay Structure
Per Route: $100–$140 (depending on number of orders and performance)
Bonuses: Available for on-time performance and zero-miss days
Mileage: Included in route pay (efficient routing and fuel economy help maximize your net)
What We’re Looking For
Reliable vehicle (must be in good condition)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Punctuality is non-negotiable — we work with medical clients
Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently
Attention to route organization and package handling
Training & Support
All drivers will receive access to a training manual, support on first delivery days, and routing tools to maximize efficiency. We’re a startup, and we value hard work, loyalty, and teamwork.
