As an RME, you will take on the role of Vice President within your specific trade division, leading field operations, supervising labor crews, and ensuring full compliance with CSLB standards and jobsite safety.

Each trade will operate under a new CSLB license held by Truly Tough, Inc with you designated as the RME. Your license will not be used independently; instead, it will be associated with the new license issued to Truly Tough through your partnership.

Truly Tough, Inc. is not currently licensed as a contractor by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). We may offer limited home improvement and repair services with a total value under $1,000, in compliance with California Business & Professions Code §7048, which allows unlicensed individuals or entities to perform work that does not require a permit and is under the $1,000 threshold.
We are actively working toward obtaining the appropriate contractor licenses for our trade-specific subsidiaries. Once licensing is complete, this notice will be updated.
