CaliRide Offroad is a Factory CanAm Experience Center that provides Self Guided driving experiences in Johnson Valley. We have a fleet of 2024 CanAm X3 Mavericks that customers rent to explore the Johnson Valley OHV. We are looking for an individual that possesses the love and passion for the desert and riding lifestyle to join our team.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Preparing CanAm SxS for the day
- Checking in customers when they arrive to our Experience Center
- Conduct offroad safety briefings to customers before they start an adventure
- Monitor customers location using GPS tracking
- Respond and assist customers on the trail
- Receive customers back into the store when they return from the trail
- Cleaning vehicles (wash, clutches, minor repairs) - CanAm training available
- Maintain safety equipment (helmets,goggles)
Other Responsibilites:
- Assist with making new routes for customers
- Driving the routes regularly to check for safety issues
- Maintenance and repairs on CanAm X3 Mavericks
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills is a must. Friendly and outgoing
- Well versed in riding/driving the desert. Preferably knowledge of the JVOHV Park
- Desert recovery experience and tactics
- Problem solver and logical thinker
- Offroad shop skills and etiquette - tech experience highly desired
- Basic computer/ipad skills - Gaia knowledge preferred
- Must be mature and responsible, capable of working with little direction
We are hiring for a 4 day a week shift: Friday - Monday (8a - 5p)
Compensation: $20/hr
Must have reliable transportation. If you live in the hi-desert, that is a plus.
