Need person to post on short-term rental properties.Build website

I am looking for a detailed person that has excellent computer skills in posting short term rentals on airbnb, Vrbo and other platforms and set up payment plans and anything related to the business of short term rentals. I need that person to know how to built a web-site with go daddy, work with short term rental platforms.
