All Tressed Up is a high-end blow dry bar — no cuts, no color. We specialize in shampoo, blowdry, and styling only. We’re now hiring licensed California cosmetologists for the upcoming season.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have strong hairstyling skills and be comfortable following a structured system and salon-standard techniques.
WHAT WE OFFER:
W-2 employment (not booth rental)
Hourly pay + tips + product sales commission
All tools, products, and front desk support provided
Morning, afternoon, and closing shifts
Consistent, year-round clientele
In-house training provided — must be applied consistently
REQUIREMENTS (All are mandatory):
You must hold a valid California cosmetology license — no exceptions
No other license will be accepted. Please do not apply or inquire unless you are licensed in the state of California.
Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance
Able to stand for extended periods
Able to shampoo hair as directed
Proficient with a round brush and blow dryer in both hands
Understands hairstyling terminology and service flow
Can perform a consultation using salon protocol
Completes services within the scheduled appointment time
Follows all direction and technique as trained — no freelancing
Maintains product knowledge and applies it during styling and retail conversations
Willing to ask questions and stay current on salon-provided education
Weekend availability is required
