I own a number of short term rentals in the Joshua Tree area. I am looking for someone to help communications with the guests and the cleaners. You would need to be organized, have a reliable smart phone and computer, be available for messaging at all hours of the day, people skills, and able to professionally address potential problems as they arise. Ideally living in Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, or 29 Palms.
